Last week in Beverly Hills, O’Gara Coach celebrated the launch of the Rolls-Royce Cullinan with an exquisite unveiling party at celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson’s home.
Guests from a variety of industries gathered outdoors beneath an array of purple and blue lights, a palpable excitement in the air as they awaited Cullinan’s reveal. After all, in experiencing the debut of the Rolls-Royce of SUV’s, guests weren’t simply watching an unveiling, but partaking in a piece of automotive history.
As the first all-terrain SUV by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Cullinan invites drivers to experience luxury off-road travel like never before. The Rolls-Royce Cullinan earned its namesake from the 3,106 carat Cullinan Diamond, the largest diamond ever found. Cullinan certainly lives up to the reputation, exuding an opulence and performance only possible in a luxury automobile crafted with the natural world at the forefront of design. The result? A powerfully elegant SUV, just as comfortable off-roading in scorching desert terrain as it is pulling up to the red carpet.
After the unveiling, guests had the opportunity to admire Cullinan’s dynamism up close. Cullinan uses the same architecture as the new generation Phantom, with an all-aluminum space frame chassis, renowned for its stiffness and engineered to improve comfort and luxury. An eight-speed automatic and all-wheel drive are standard as is a suspension that adjusts height automatically using a road-scanning camera. Cullinan boasts the iconic coach doors, an opulent cabin, and classic Rolls-Royce styling, including impressive grill and sharp headlights. Cullinan’s interior also lives up to Rolls-Royce luxury, with warm rich leathers, real wood and spacious accommodation.
O’Gara Coach Beverly Hills celebrated Cullinan’s combination of sport and sophistication with an evening of athleticism and first-class entertainment.
Guests in attendance included celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson, the Los Angeles Lakers, actor Mark Wahlberg, actress Kate Beckinsale, supermodel Rhea Durham, reality star and model Michael Yerger, Italian actress and showgirl Elisabetta Canalis, Cleveland Cavaliers Kevin Love and dancer and actress Ava Michelle.
Technogym also displayed their state of the art, digitally connected fitness equipment. Guests mingled amongst the innovative fitness technology, with the opportunity to flex their muscles on the machines. Equipment demonstrations were also performed by Technogym athletes, from treadmills to rowing machines.
The late-summer evening was kept cool, as models sporting Adidas floated on rafts in the pool, tossing Adidas beach balls. Adidas also hosted a pop-up shop featuring their latest apparel.
A DJ kept the energy upbeat, while in true Rolls-Royce fantasy, guests twirled and danced in front of an interactive wall, transforming into the Rolls-Royce Spirit of Ecstasy.
Attendees lounged on elegant furniture by Visionnaire, toasting to the occasion with beverages from Cali-fino Tequila, House of Carbonadi Vodka and Balvenie Scotch.
