It’s 2018 and we’re ready for a strong year! This past show set a few records that we are aware of. For one, we created the largest Lamborghini Huracan Performante gathering on U.S. soil! So a huge thank you to all of the owners that made their way out Sunday morning. We were able to gather 13 Performante’s for all of you to see at once, in all sorts of colors. We also had the #Purplemante visit from the east coast. For those wondering, Viola Parsifae, is a color from the Lamborghini Ad Personam Program, and quite the show stopper.
Second of all we had a huge turn out of attendees; What we’re thinking was our biggest show yet. When it comes to the cars in attendance we had the #Hellbee Bugatti Chiron which if many of you may not realize was the first Chiron delivered to the U.S. Additionally there were 40 Ferraris in attendance, 2 of which were La Ferarri’s and an Enzo! We were lucky enough to hold the first Public event with the new Aston Martin Vantage, and share it with all of you. While we also had the latest from Rolls-Royce, the Phantom VIII, along side an original 1927 Phantom I. But let’s not forget the amazing Ford GT that made an appearance!
Also we want to thank all of the car spotters, YouTubers, and fans that consistently grow and spread the word of #SunsetGT. Our Instagram hit 10k this show and we can thank all of you enough for the endless support! But we do have to take a moment to revisit the rules of #SunsetGT. You’re safety is important to us!
We kindly ask you to be respectful of the host community. We are very grateful to have such a wonderful partner in Obica at Sunset Plaza, and we ask that you be patient with them and treat their facilities like your own. When entering and exiting the show please drive responsibly, do not speed, and do not rev the engine. Youtube videos demonstrate all of these behaviors and that is threatening to the continuance of the show but also the safety of those attending! Reckless driving is not tolerable and police will be present moving forward to enforce safe driving. When in the show do not touch the vehicles and do not fly drones. This is for the safety of the cars and the attendees. Finally to those attending do not stand in the middle of the entrance/exit and listen to the law enforcement, valets, security, and O’Gara Team the first time you are addressed.
