Aston Martin’s first SUV, the DBX, hit the luxury car scene as both quietly beautiful with an undeniable road presence. And now, it is the first in the US to arrive to the Aston Martin Beverly Hills Showroom for exclusive viewings and more importantly, test drives.
Built on all-new Aston Martin architecture and design scheme, the DBX was created as an exciting crossover delivering the latest technology and twin-turbo V-8 engine for ultimate driving dynamics with classic British style. While the other models are famed for both their impeccable design and ultimate comfort, the DBX has proven itself in the lineage taking luxury off-road driving by storm.
The DBX proudly boasts the Aston Martin brand heritage with “DB” – the initials belong to English industrialist, David Brown, whose legacy lives in the auto company throughout the test of time. Although this new SUV has taken a different style route, the powerful engineering behind the larger vehicle has stunned us all; hosting 542 horsepower, 516 lb-ft of torque, a nine-speed automatic transmission, and able to tow a whopping 5940 pounds.
