Rolls-Royce Beverly Hills partnered with Cabo’s luxurious One&Only Palmilla Resort to bring Baja California to Trousdale Estates in Beverly Hills.
Clients of Rolls-Royce Beverly Hills and past guests of One&Only resorts cruised up Doheny to 406 Robert Lane, an $80 million property from longtime O’Gara partner, The Agency.
The whole 2019 line of Rolls-Royce automobiles including the Wraith, Phantom, Ghost, Dawn and brand-new SUV, the Cullinan were utilized in this multi-brand activation in transporting guests to and from the luxury property.
Upon arrival at the mega-home, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour with fresh libations made possible by Phillippe Zaigue, the in-residence mixologist and bar manager of One&Only Palmilla.
Zaigue’s specialty is using uber-local ingredients only found in Mexico, not limited to holy leaf, xoconostle, guava, guanabana, lemon balm and chiles, all a reflection of traditional Mexican influences.
Zaigue has had many accolades in the mixology community including The Grey Goose 10 Mexico in 2013, Havana Club Gran Prix Mexico in 2014 and was a finalist of the Beefeater MixLdn in 2014. He concocted a special Tequila cocktail for the Rolls-Royce event.

Glass: Highball
Garnish: Grapefruit Slice, Basil Leaf
Ingredients:
2oz Clase Azul Tequila
1oz Freshly Squeezed Lime juice
2oz Freshly Squeezed Pink Grapefruit Juice
1/2oz of Agave Syrup
3/4oz Damiana Liqueur
Method:
Add all ingredients in the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 12 to 15 seconds. Double strain in Highball glass filled with ice and garnish accordingly.
After the cocktail hour, a flavorful lunch was served in the state-of-the-art garage of the property.
Executive Chef Larbi Dahrouch of Agua By Larbi at One&Only Palmilla was responsible for bringing the flavors of the Baja Peninsula to the luncheon with a menu full of savory flavors. His extensive resume consists of past Executive Chef experience at acclaimed restaurants such as Country Inn at Princeton, Watergate Hotel and Jean-Pierre Restaurant in Washington D.C. and Club Manhattan in Paris.
Guests dined on Pacho Heirloom Tomato soup, Tuna Tartar with avocado, serrano vinaigrette and fresh mint, Roasted Sea Bass featuring artichokes, spinach and saffron guajillo sauce and the Palmilla dessert, a luscious offering with coconut foam, vegan crumble, exotic-coco sorbet and tequila jelly.
